Mountains Like Wax

Creating their own cogent blend of southern post-rock, Mountains Like Wax has carved
their names into the cement of the burgeoning indie scene in Nashville, TN with their relentlessly exuberant and poignant shows. Released in the fall of 2015, their debut EP Tetralogy is a great blend of their influences and a distilled version of their live experience. Much like its namesake, the EP is an honest portrayal of the tragic struggle of the young to understand themselves in a modern world with the hope that faith will see them through to the end. With only a couple of years behind them, they are proving to be a formidable force in Middle, TN. The band is a currently a contender for Lightning 100's esteemed Music City Mayhem 2016.
